Tulum Snorkeling Tours

My girlfriend and I are immensely grateful to the people at Tulum Snorkelling Tours as they gave us memories and experiences we'll never forget! We set out to walk along Playa Paraiso and see what snorkelling tours there are available but this was made much simpler by having one of the staff members approach us whilst we were applying sun cream getting ready to walk down the beach. Right place, right time. Fluent in English as I'm sure they deal with many English speakers, we very easily conversed about what the options were. We went with the Plus tour as this was the cheapest option that let us in with a chance of seeing a turtle. We were introduced to the team, provided with our rented equipment, paid up and set sail! Included in our tour was a quick trip up to the Mayan Ruins that overlook the cliffside, snapped a couple pictures, then we went to where we'd be getting in the water ready for a small swim along the 'Coral Island'. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We had an absolute blast on this tour. Our guide Eric was so kind and wonderful, you could tell he loves his job. The tour was incredible, we saw so many sea turtles, stingrays, corals, sea urchins, fish, eels, etc. and our guide Eric always helped us find them while also letting us explore on our own. We had the VIP tour which also included a pass to the Paraíso Beach Club and rental bikes. Booking was also super easy and fast through WhatsApp. The morning of, only like two hours before, our friend wanted to join and it was no problem at all. We cannot recommend this tour enough!

Carlos was so helpful when we wanted to book our snorkeling tour the same day. Other vendors were saying that the boats weren’t going out due to weather, but he assured me that they had just reopened the waters and it was safe. We got bikes to get to the ruins and the beach. We decided to skip the ruins since you go by them on the boat. Our captain and snorkeling guide were so kind and calming. I was a little freaked out to be snorkeling in the middle of the ocean, but our guide had such a calm demeanor it made me feel safe. We went out of his way to make sure we had a wonderful experience. He brought us several star fish to hold in our hands. It was a great tour and was the perfect amount of time.
